Fraudulent/Declined transactions
At Fashion Dream, we ensure our service is not used for fraudulent transactions. At our discretion, we may monitor accounts to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and delete accounts where fraudulent transactions are detected. If there are any pending deliverables or refunds in these accounts, we reserve the right to dishonoring these deliverables. In such a case, we will owe no liability to the owner of these accounts where fraudulent transactions are conducted.

Termination of Agreement

Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Us
There may be cases where we may have to cancel orders due to reasons beyond our control. Fashion Dream reserves the right to refuse orders or cancel them at its sole discretion for any reason. These situations could include limitations of quantities available for purchase, defects in the quality of the product, or inaccuracies/errors in the product’s pricing. If you have paid for the order before cancellation, you will get a refund from us.
Cancellation by the user
In case of order cancellations from the user’s side, we reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at our discretion. As per regular business practice, if the order has not been processed/approved from Fashion Dream’s side, we can cancel the order. We accept cancellation orders only when made 24 hours after the order has been placed on the site. Fashion Dream cannot cancel orders that have been processed or made after 24 hours of placing the order. We can decide which order has been processed at our discretion.

Pricing Policy and Terms
Fashion Dream aims to provide the most reasonable price for your desired products. We do not guarantee our products have the lowest price in any city, region, or specified area. The prices and availability of products can change without prior notice. The prices available on Fashion Dream are not subject to comparison with other similar product(s) or services available online or offline. The prices quoted are according to our pricing policy and shall be determined solely at our discretion.
While we ensure our pricing is accurate, there could be times when pricing or typological errors may occur. If a product is listed with an inaccurate price or incorrect information, we may either contact you, modify your order or cancel your order if placed and notify you of the same. Any payment made would be reversed from our side. No refunds are applicable if the order is under the cash-on-delivery (COD) payment mode.
