Shipping Policy

At Fashion Dream, we strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Charges

·       Orders below ₹499 wewill charge shipping ₹60.

·       Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment Options

·       We do not accept Full Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

·       We only accept:

o   Prepaid Orders

o   Partial COD Orders

Partial COD Policy:

·       For Partial COD orders, an advance amount of 20% pay to place an order.

·       We charged ₹40as a COD charge on every partial COD orders.

·       This COD amount is non-refundable in case of return or RTO.

·       If the partial COD order not accepted, or customer not available for accepting order at time of delivery, customer has to bear COD+RTO charges.

Order Processing & Dispatch

·       All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after successful order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

·       Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 7–8 business days.

·       Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Exchange policy:

When you purchase through Fashion Dream, you acknowledge, agree, understand and adhere to the following terms and conditions-

You can request to return or exchange your product only within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that products on sale aren’t eligible for returns, refunds or exchange. Please go through the size charts before buying on-sale products.

If needed, we can place a return or exchange request. Please DM on WhatsApp our website 8140836015.

In case of return we will not refund shipping charges and COD charges.

How do I return my product to Fashion Dream?

Once you have placed your return or exchange request, a courier representative will visit you within 3-4 working days. You have to capture a video and clear image showing us that you are sending the original product. We will pay your refund or dispatch your exchange order within 24-48 hours from the receipt of this video and clear image.

If you have not sent us a video and clear image, you will have to wait for your returned product to reach us, upon which we’ll dispatch the exchange order or issue your refund.

In case you need to exchange an item, you will have to pay the price difference if you choose a higher valued product. If the product is of a lower value than the original ordered product, we will pay you the difference.

In case you are self-returning the product, Fashion Dream should receive it within 14-15 working days from the date of sale. On receipt of the product or dispatch the exchanged product.

If the exchanged product is not available, we will give you other alternatives or issue you a refund, if needed.
