Blue Dart, DHL, Delhivery and Xpressbees for insured shipments.

For Cash on Delivery shipments, the courier company would call you before delivery. If you are not available, you can call them back and arrange for a re-delivery of the product or collect it from their location.

Please note that Fashion Dream would not be responsible in case of any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the shipments to you, or if you aren’t available at the time of delivery.

We usually ship within 5-7 working days.

Return and Exchange Terms

When you purchase through Fashion Dream, you acknowledge, agree, understand and adhere to the following terms and conditions-

You can request to return or exchange your product only within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

Please note that products on sale aren’t eligible for returns, refunds or exchange. Please go through the size charts  before buying on-sale products.

How do I return my product to Fashion Dream?

Once you have placed your return or exchange request, a courier representative will visit you within 3-4 working days.  You have to capture a video and clear image showing us that you are sending the original product. We will pay your refund or dispatch your exchange order within 24 hours from the receipt of this video and clear image.

If you have not sent us a video and clear image , you will have to wait for your returned product to reach us, upon which we’ll dispatch the exchange order or issue you your refund.

In case you need to exchange an item, you will have to pay the price difference if you choose a higher valued product. If the product is of a lower value than the original ordered product, we will pay you the difference.

In case you are self-returning the product, Fashion Dream should receive it within 10-12 working days from the date of sale. On receipt of the product or dispatch the exchanged product.

If the exchanged product is not available, we will give you other alternatives or issue you a refund, if needed.

Your product is eligible for return/exchange only if:

The product is returned in its original packaging
Product wasn’t used or damaged
The product tags are intact
